What can I do on my end to help my score increase?
Credit restoration is a team sport. It’s very important you are paying your bills on time, paying down credit card balance and/or building positive credit history if you do not currently have a lot of positive accounts.
How long does it take to see results?
There are many aspects to consider when assisting with the removal of inaccurate information from your credit report. Results are mostly dependent on your individual credit report. Each client’s results will vary. Some clients have seen results in as soon as 35 days.
What happens to accounts when they are removed?
Removing anything from your credit reports does not remove your obligation to that debt. You still are legally liable for the debt and need to settle it if it is within the statute of limitations in your state. If you feel you are over your head with debt, bankruptcy might be something you should consider, that is the only legal way to remove yourself from debt liability.
How will you get my credit report?
You will be signing up for a credit monitoring service during your on boarding. This is a service that gives you access to all of your credit reports. You provide the login information in your portal which then gives us access to your credit report so that we can assess and start your individual assessment.
Why is a 3 in 1 report better?
A 3 in 1 report is better because it allows both you and us to see what all three of the major bureaus have reported in a single report.

Do you have to be married to qualify for the couples plan?
No you do not have to be married to qualify for the couples plan but you do have to be in the same household.
Who do I talk to if I have questions?
We have a live customer service team to assist our clients with any questions. As an active client you can also message us through your secure client portal, email us or call us during business hours. We do not service clients through any other platform including our social media accounts.
