You still are legally liable for the debt and need to settle it if it is within the statute of limitations in your state. If you feel you are over your head with debt, bankruptcy might be something you should consider, that is the only legal way to remove yourself from debt liability.

You will be signing up for a credit monitoring service during your on boarding. This is a service that gives you access to all of your credit reports. You provide the login information in your portal which then gives us access to your credit report so that we can assess and start your individual assessment.

No you do not have to be married to qualify for the couples plan but you do have to be in the same household.

We have a live customer service team to assist our clients with any questions. As an active client you can also message us through your secure client portal, email us or call us during business hours. We do not service clients through any other platform including our social media accounts.
